Prerequisite:
CHOP requires Java Runtime Environment, you find the latest version here. Install Java before installing CHOP.
Download:
Installing CHOP is easy, after you downloaded the latest archive from the Download page, and refer to the installation instructions you were send in your email inbox.
Under Windows:
double click on the CHOP/start.bat
Important Note:
If your are behind an automatic virus scanner, it won't allow you to download a zip archive with a .bat script, that's why you should download the bypass alternative download and rename the start.txt to start.bat as explained on the download page.
Under Linux/Unix Mac:
Add the execution right:
chmod 700 CHOP/start.sh
Execute the CHOP/start.sh
cd CHOP && ./start.sh
There is the possibility to reset all the selection, as depicted in the previous image, select the "trash" icon.
Important Note:
Beware once you have reset the selected codes, there is no undo operation right now...
The reverse mode is helpful weather you want to know what old code means, on one patient report, or simply to check you did not miss a click.
As depicted in the previous screenshots, first you have to select the reverse icon, and then you are able to type in or paste a list of codes, clicking on the reverse button does seeks for code matches...
Important Note:
All the codes are separated with a ";" (semi-colon) separator
